Our story
About Roads & Keys
A quiet project for travellers who play — and pianists who travel.
Roads & Keys began with a simple question: where is the nearest piano? Whether you are a pianist on tour, a hotel guest with an hour to spare, or a traveller who once played as a child, a piano on the road is a small, wonderful thing.
We help travellers discover playable pianos in hotels, cafés, cultural venues, transport hubs, public places and schools. We are not a booking platform, and access is never guaranteed — every venue makes its own rules. Our job is to help you know what to ask.
The Piano Passport lets you record the countries, cities and pianos you have played. It is a quiet notebook, not a leaderboard.
